Sharpening Machine SMK for Bowl Cutter Knives “THE CLASSICAL” SERIES

Specially designed for bowl cutter knives, the SMK features a sand wheel, polishing wheel, and sanding belt cooled by water. It offers flexible edge angle adjustment without clamps and supports various knife shapes. Operates at 1 kW with foot-pedal height control and compact stainless steel housing.

Dicer DM “THE CLASSICAL” SERIES

A high-speed meat dicer with adjustable cut thickness from 4 to 35 mm and a cutting rate of 200 cuts/min. Handles input sizes up to 550×120×120 mm at chilled temperatures. Built from stainless steel with a compact footprint and 3 kW power for efficient portioning of pork, beef, and similar products.
