CONVECTION OVEN KCO M/L (Electrical / Gas)

Kilia’s Convection Ovens are available in electric and gas models, with 5 or 10 tray capacities. They feature stainless steel interiors and exteriors for hygiene and easy cleaning, tool-free removable glass doors, and integrated Siemens switch cabinets. The touch panel allows precise control of temperature, time, steam, and fan direction.

DECK OVEN KDO S/M/L

Kilia Deck Oven series includes models with 1 to 4 decks and up to 16 trays, offering flexible baking capacity. Built with stainless steel and optional steam injection or stone plates, these ovens support high-temperature baking up to 300°C. They feature integrated switch cabinets, touch panel controls, and customizable configurations including proofers and exhaust hoods, making them ideal for artisan and commercial baking.

SPIRAL MIXER KSM S / M / L

Spiral Mixer series offers robust dough mixing solutions with models ranging from 5 to 200 kg capacity. Each mixer features dual-speed spiral and bowl drives (except KS-S), hygienic stainless steel surfaces, and integrated switch cabinets protected against humidity. PLANETARY MIXER KPM M / L

The Kilia Planetary Mixer range includes models from 7 to 40 liters, offering both inverter-controlled variable speed and gear-driven fixed speed options. Designed for hygiene and easy cleaning, these mixers come with standard accessories like bowls, hooks, and beaters, and optional racks or protective nets. Integrated Siemens components and humidity-protected switch cabinets ensure reliability and safety in bakery environments.

Kilia Proofer & Retarder Proofer Series (KPR/KRPR)

Kilia Proofers and Retarder Proofers support up to 36 trays with options for single or double doors, longitudinal or crosswise tray placement, and computer-controlled humidification. Designed for optimal dough fermentation, they feature stainless steel construction, water spray or boiling water humidification, and optional glass doors.

ROTARY OVEN KRO

The Kilia Rotary Oven series accommodates 18 to 36 trays with various tray sizes, offering electric heating up to 300°C. These ovens feature stainless steel construction, Siemens electronics, and optional diesel/gas generators.

TUNNEL OVEN KTO

The Kilia Tunnel Oven is a high-capacity, tailor-made baking solution designed for continuous industrial production. It features a robust welded frame, advanced PLC control for easy operation, and PID-regulated heating for precise temperature management. With thick mineral wool insulation (200 mm sides, 300 mm top), it ensures excellent energy efficiency. The oven integrates HONEYWELL and Siemens components for reliable performance and supports automation for roll-in/roll-out processes. Customization is based on product type, energy source, output, daily working hours, and floor layout.
