Ham Press

The HPG series machines are designed for pressing and inserting whole meat pieces into netting, fibrous or plastic casings, and collagen films. Made entirely of stainless steel in Germany, they come in chamber lengths of 550 mm, 720 mm, and 1300 mm, with calibers ranging from 50 to 160 mm. Molds are easily interchangeable, allowing quick product changes and flexible use.

The presses ensure tight, uniform filling and are easy to clean, meeting modern hygiene standards. Accessories like the E3 ham press and NR 808 net gathering device enhance efficiency and automation. The NR 808 automatically loads netting onto the stuffing horn, stopping when the set amount is reached.

HPG 550
