The 20 Ltr R&D Cutter is ideal for product development, offering high-speed cutting and reverse mixing in a compact, hygienic design. The 40 Ltr and 80 Ltr models provide powerful performance for small to medium batches, with frequency-controlled drives and Siemens components as standard.

For larger operations, the 200 Ltr Vacuum Cutter includes automated loading/unloading and a sealed unloader disk, while the 330–525 Ltr models deliver industrial-scale throughput with up to 200 kW motor power and integrated vacuum systems. All models feature stainless steel construction, intuitive controls, and precise cutting performance—making them essential tools for modern food production.

Bowl Cutter R&D 20 Ltr

The 20 Ltr Bowl Cutter is specially designed for research and development applications. It features a frequency-controlled knife shaft with four pre-set speeds (750 to 4500 rpm) and reverse mixing at 240 rpm. The stainless steel bowl includes a 3-knife head, noise-reducing lid, and joystick-operated panel. Siemens components and an integrated switch cabinet ensure reliable performance and easy cleaning, making it ideal for small batch testing and innovation.
