Injector KI 40 / 88 “THE CLASSICAL SERIES“

A high-performance brine injector available in 40 or 88-needle configurations, designed for capacities from1.5 to 3 tons/hour. It features automatic saline water recycling, variable injection speeds, and stainless steel construction. Needle diameters range from 2–4 mm, with integrated or external switch cabinets depending on model size.

Smoke House K-Smoke “THE CLASSICAL” SERIES

A versatile smokehouse system for cooking, baking, smoking, and cleaning, available in single or double-channel configurations for1 to 8 trolleys. It features PU insulation, Siemens controls, touch screen interface, recipe management, and supports wood chip, grain, or liquid smoke. Heating options include steam or electric, with cold smoking and cooling functions available.
