Meat Flaker/Vacuum Filler- " THE CLASSICAL SERIES "

The Kilia Flaker KF 3000 and KVF Vacuum Filler Series are built for high-volume, hygienic meat processing. The flaker efficiently breaks frozen meat blocks into flakes of various sizes (6–35 mm) at up to 3000 kg/h, using interchangeable knives and a powerful motor. The KVF fillers offer precise portioning and twisting from 5g to 9999g, with speeds up to 550 portions/min and capacities reaching 6200 kg/h. Both machines feature stainless steel construction, Siemens controls, and optional loaders for 200-litre trolleys, ensuring durability, automation, and consistent performance.

Flaker KF 3000 “THE CLASSICAL” SERIES

The KF 3000 flaker processes frozen meat blocks into flakes of 5–25 g at up to 3000 kg/h. It features interchangeable knives (6, 20, 35 mm), a pneumatic or hydraulic block pusher, and a 12.5 kW motor. All electronics are Siemens-based and housed in a sealed cabinet. Ideal for frozen meat down to –18 °C.

Vacuum Filler KVF 2000/3600/6000 “THE CLASSICAL SERIES”

This vacuum filler series delivers precise portioning from 5g to 9999g, with speeds up to 550 portions/min. It includes servo motors, Siemens PLC, BUSCH vacuum pump, and optional twister and loader. Filling capacities range from 2000 to 6200 kg/h, with ±2g weight tolerance and robust stainless steel construction.
