DCM RL Series

The SR Range (Rotating Load) from DCM Ultrasonic is designed for cleaning parts that require continuous rotation for effective and uniform cleaning. These machines are ideal for components with complex geometries or internal cavities, where static cleaning may be insufficient. The SR series includes multistage automatic systems capable of handling up to five rotating baskets simultaneously, as well as specialized models for cleaning ALINOX rollers weighing up to 500 kg, combining rotation with vertical movement for thorough surface and submerged cleaning.

UCM 250RL

The UCM 250RL is a compact rotary-load ultrasonic cleaning system with 2000 W ultrasonic power and 7500 W heating capacity. It features a 250-liter tank, PZT4 piezoelectric transducers for high cavitation efficiency, and a 7" hands-free touchscreen interface. Additional features include thermal and acoustic insulation, detergent dispenser, oil extraction system, and custom basket design. Built with AISI 304/316 stainless steel, it ensures energy-efficient and precise cleaning.

UCM 500RL

The UCM 500RL is a rotary-load ultrasonic cleaning system designed for rollers up to 2400 mm x Ø215 mm. It delivers 4000 W of ultrasonic power and 12,000 W of heating, with a 510-liter tank capacity. Key features include a pneumatic lift (up to 1500 kg), integrated beacon, noise reduction system, automatic heat-insulated lid, and advanced PLC + HMI control. Built with AISI 304/316 stainless steel, it supports programmable ultrasonic sweeping and degas modes.

UCM 750RL

The UCM 750RL is a high-capacity rotary-load ultrasonic cleaner for rollers up to 2400 mm x Ø250 mm. It offers 6000 W of ultrasonic power and 12,000 W of heating, with a 764-liter tank. It includes a pneumatic lift, integrated beacon, noise reduction system, and automatic heat-insulated lid. Constructed from AISI 304/316 stainless steel, it features PLC + HMI control, ultrasonic sweeping, degas mode, and oil separation for efficient and safe operation.
