The Mink Bürsten ZZB5718-K222/S is a modular zig-zag rotary brush system supplied as a complete assembly comprising fourteen brush segments and two locking rings. Manufactured using a glass fibre reinforced polypropylene body with black polyamide 6 (PA6) bristles, the system is designed for installation on a 30mm spindle system and provides an overall assembled brush width of approximately 1445mm. The brush features a maximum-density filament arrangement with 0.50mm black synthetic bristles and an outside diameter of 160mm.
The brush segments incorporate an interlocking zig-zag design with a stepped internal bore and three moulded internal drive ribs, allowing multiple segments to be stacked together to form a complete rotary brush assembly. This engineered design provides positive location and drive transmission between adjacent brush segments when assembled on the spindle.
Complete assembly supplied with 14 × ZZB5718-K222/S brush segments and 2 × ZZB5718-K2 locking rings, creating a configured rotary brush system with an overall width of approximately 1445mm.
Supplied as new surplus stock.
